FREE WORKSHOP!
Led by Andrew Gladstone-Highland, Licensed Clinical Therapist and owner of Harvest Therapy Center.
Sunday, January 28, 11:30 - 1 p.m.
Dearborn First UMC Wesleyan Hall
Light Lunch & Child Care Provided (kids birth thru 12 years)
The holidays bring joyful celebrations and togetherness with friends and loved ones. But for many, holidays can be as much of a curse as they can be a blessing. Then we are bombarded by messages about potential New Year's resolutions, all of the ways that we could be better versions of ourselves. It can be a lot!
Learn about a way of understanding challenging family dynamics, called Family Systems - you will come away with ideas about how you can be part of positive changes in your family, as well as ways to distance yourself from these challenging situations, when you can't fix them.
What are some questions you might have about improving your post-holiday mental health?
Submit them here to be addressed at the workshop. You can submit anonymously, but leave an email contact if you can’t attend the workshop and would like a response.
