Anxiety is a natural part of each of our lives, and it can even be helpful - some amount of anxiety makes us go to school and work, even when we don't want to, go to the doctor when we don't feel well, pay our bills, and so on. But how do you know if you have too much anxiety? And what do you do about it, then?
What are some questions you might have about dealing with anxiety?
Submit them here to be addressed at the workshop. You can submit anonymously, but leave an email contact if you can’t attend the workshop and would like a response.
